Trump administration to propose 'dramatic reductions' in foreign aid

This is not a good idea. Foreign aid barely makes one percent of the budget. It's not an efficient way to cut spending. Foreign aid also keeps America friends with the countries that need it. If the tap is turned off, those countries will turn to China or Europe for their needs.
