49 people dead in Russia after drinking bath lotion

Is the number (12 mil) really that high? How awful. I can't imagine how desperate and disparaged these people must be to seek intoxication from such dangerous chemicals. Is Russia actually doing anything to handle this, and what can even be done about it? via Pocket http://ift.tt/2gYpElp
