Poor countries urge fast action on Paris deal to stop catastrophic warming

I watched The Island President a while ago and it perfectly displays the global warming issue and how it is being controlled by those with the deepest pockets. The Maldives will be totally submerged if global warming isn't stopped but somehow no global warming bill is passed and China is happy.
