Camerawoman who 'tripped refugees' in Hungary faces charges

Say what you will, but that definitely was "disorderly conduct". You don't just kick people in the shins. Unless they have the ball, and you're one behind. Do we have to teach people in first world countries to not trip fleeing refugees in their own country?
