Under new Philippine president, nearly 1,800 have died in extrajudicial killings

Wow. 1,800 people Extrajudicial killings. just wow, nobody is accountable for these killings. I just can't believe some people are justify killings of 1800 PEOPLE. If none of them are rich there is no reason to account it.
