Rio chefs use leftover Olympic food to feed the poor

It has always bugged me when such big events have so much wastage of food. Hotels do it on a daily basis. Good to know someone is thinking about it finally. PS. Why is there a picture of housing with the caption 'We want to fight hunger.'?
