New campaign to put pressure on McDonald's to impose a global ban on products from animals treated with antibiotics



Actually many studies suggest that most illnesses in animals do not require antibiotics. By using antibiotics in such a careless way increases risks to humans in the long term as it accelerates the rate in which bugs become immune to antibiotics, thus creating 'superbugs'.
