Today The United Kingdom decides whether to remain in the European Union, or leave

I'll know the results, or at least, the leaning, when I get up in the morning (US, EST). It'll be the first thing I look for. EST here as well, will there be news by 6am? I cant take my phone into work and wont know anything til 3 otherwise.
