US, Cuba restore full diplomatic relations after 54 years

Diplomatically we are normal but the embargo has to be removed by congress. All they did was remove the legal issues of travel and bringing goods back and forth. They haven't approved trade deals between the countries. via Pocket http://ift.tt/1CKuIUK
