ISIS severely weakened, unsuccessfully suing for truce with Peshmerga

Ha ha. If this is true I severely doubt that a truce will occur. The Kurds have a lot of Political capital, security and land to gain from ISIS' demise. The Kurds should go full counter attack, seize some land and finally found Kurdistan.
